General Terms of HireWe can assist you with any information you may require Privacy Policy The Hirer for the purposes of the The Privacy Act 1993 authorises the Owner to use any personal information supplied to the Owner for credit and administration purposes only. Hire Plants Limited agrees to only collect personal data from the Hirer that is relevant to the Hire situation to enable the Owner to respond to a query or to provide the Service that has been requested. The Hirer has the right to access any personal data that is held by the Owner on their behalf. Please write to Hire Plants Limited PO Box 15566 New Lynn Auckland Limited Liability The Owner will not be liable for any losses of any kind or any delay in supplying the Plants that has been caused whole or in part by any other factor beyond its reasonable control. The Owner will not be liable to the Hirer or any other person, for loss or damage of any kind however that loss or damage is caused. Hirer’s obligations Payment terms are based on the first months Hireage and are due on installation and thereafter by monthly payments that are due during the month of Hire and Service. The Hirer agrees to promptly pay all accounts when due. The Hirer will be liable for all costs, expenses and disbursements incurred by the Owner as a result of default of the Hirer in recovering any outstanding monies including collection and legal costs. The Hirer agrees to hold all Plants as trustee for the Owner Owners Obligations To deliver the Plants to the Hirer’s premises at the beginning of the Hire period and pick up the Plants at the end of the Hire period. Delivery of the Plants is made to the Hirer on the condition that ownership in the plants does not pass to the Hirer. The Owner is authorised to enter the Hirers premises to take possession of any of owned Plants in the event that payments have become overdue Agree to visit the Hirers premises on a regular basis to undertake maintenance of all Plants. The Hirer agrees not to undertake maintenance of the Plants unless expressly authorised by the Owner. Maintenance means watering, polishing, pruning, feeding, and regular stock rotation. Failure to comply with this requirement could result in the Hirer being held liable for any resulting damage to the Plants. Guarantee Hireage rates which are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax will remain constant for the agreed term of the contract. Any plant that does not meet a standard acceptable to the Hirer will be subject to replacement by the Owner on the condition that the Plant has only been subjected to maintenance and service authorised by the Owner Back to Services . . .
